  1. Coconut prep: Mature coconut kernel is milled and pressed; cream/milk standardized for fat/solids.

  2. Primary production: Emulsification and homogenization create a stable coconut milk/cream feed.

  3. Spray drying: Atomized into hot air to form free-flowing powder; carrier level tuned for flow and dispersibility.

  4. Cooling & sieving: Powder cooled, sieved/agglomerated for instant dispersion; anti-caking optional.

  5. Standardization/QA: Fat %, moisture, solubility index, and microbiology verified; COA issued.

Suggested Dosage

General: 2–25% w/w; trial recommended.

By application

  • Bakery doughs, batters & fillings: 2–8% (on dough/filling)

  • Confectionery fillings/fudge: 3–12%
