How It’s Made (process)

  1. Standardization: Sweet cream is clarified, standardized for fat/solids, and pasteurized.

  2. Primary production: Cream is concentrated by evaporation to target total solids.

  3. Spray drying: Atomized and dried to free-flowing powder; agglomerated/instantized grades available.

  4. Sieving & blending: Particle size adjusted for flow and quick dispersion; anti-caking if specified.

  5. Standardization/QA: Fat %, moisture, insolubility index, scorched particles, and microbiology verified; COA issued.

Suggested Dosage

General: 2–25% w/w; trial recommended.

By application

  • Dairy mixes/ice cream/yogurt: 3–15%

  • Bakery doughs, cakes & fillings: 2–8% (on dough/filling)

  • Confectionery fillings/caramels/fudge: 3–12%

  • Beverages (RTD & dry): 2–10%
