How It’s Made (process)

  1. Sourcing & prep: Selected vanilla beans/extractives (or natural-identical flavors) are quality checked.

  2. Primary production: Extraction into food-grade solvents or blending of approved flavor compounds to target profile.

  3. Precipitation/separation: Clarification/filtration for color and haze control; concentrates standardized.

  4. Drying & milling (powder): Carrier-based spray-drying to free-flowing powder; mesh adjusted for dispersion.

  5. Standardization/QA: Vanillin/volatile profile, color, specific gravity (liquid), and microbiology verified; COA issued.

Suggested Dosage

General: Use q.s. to taste; trial recommended.

By application

  • Dairy products: 0.05–0.30% (as liquid) or 0.05–0.20% (powder)

  • Bakery: 0.05–0.30% of batter/dough

  • confectioneries: 0.03–0.20% in filling/base

  • Beverages: 0.01–0.15% (RTD/syrups)

  • desserts: 0.05–0.25%

  • Health & Beauty / Pharmaceuticals: as permitted per local regulations
