How It’s Made (process)

  1. Harvest & crushing: Fresh olives are washed and mechanically crushed into paste.

  2. Primary extraction: Cold pressing / centrifugation separates oil from water/solids.

  3. Polishing: Filtration or settling clarifies the oil; refined grades may undergo neutralization/bleaching/deodorization.

  4. Stabilization & filling: Nitrogen blanketing as needed; filled into drums/IBCs under hygiene controls.

  5. Standardization/QA: Free fatty acid (as oleic), peroxide value, UV absorption, and sensory checks verified; COA issued.

Suggested Dosage

General: 0.5–20% w/w; trial recommended.

By application

  • Bakery doughs/crackers/fillings: 2–10% (on flour/filling)

  • Sauces & dressings: 5–20% (oil phase)

  • Health & Beauty emulsions: 2–15% (base-dependent)

  • Pharma/softgels: q.s. as carrier per formula
