  2. Primary production: A homogeneous cheese slurry is prepared for atomization.

  3. Drying & separation: Slurry is spray-dried to free-flowing powder; fines recovered and blended.

  4. Post-process: Anti-caking and flow agents added as specified; sieved to target particle size.

  5. Standardization/QA: Flavor strength, moisture, fat/protein, salt, and microbiology verified; COA issued.

Suggested Dosage

General: 2–20% w/w; trial recommended (intensity grade dependent).

By application

  • Snacks (topical): 4–12% in seasoning blend

  • Instant soups/noodles sachets: 5–15% in dry mix

  • Sauces/dips: 3–10% in finished formula

  • Bakery crackers/breads/fillings: 2–8% (on dough/filling)
